Bee Found promotes social beekeeping by offering low-cost hives to new beekeepers, such as veterans and first responders, in an effort to turn them into life-long beekeepers.

Let's face it, the bees need our help. Pesticides, chemicals and pests have greatly reduced honey bee populations. However, cost has become a barrier to entry for many of those who want to promote pollination in their area while also having some delicious honey to harvest every now and then.  We aim to teach people how to keep bees while sharing their experience with other new beeks.  But we also know that beekeeping isn't for everyone and we have a solution for that too. Right now we're focusing on our Bees For Bravery program that offers free hives, bees and mentorship to veterans and first responders suffering from PTSD.
